What is your delivery schedule?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship over weekends to maintain the integrity and freshness of the product.
Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Most of our products are delivered fresh and are suitable for home freezing. Please check the specific label on each product for freezing instructions and use-by dates.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
