Our bacon off cuts are a convenient and tasty addition to any meal. The off cuts are the result of bacon trimming, both belly and back bacon,  by our team of artisan butchers. Like lardons, but not as thick, they can be added to a range of dishes such as wonderful risottos, wok egg-fried rice, stews and salads.

 

Often sliced and used in my house to make fantastic pasta carbonara
