  • Cold Smoked Scottish Sea-reared Rainbow Trout (300g-350g piece)

Select either a free-range Turkey crown, Sutton Hoo chicken or a roasting joint of wild venison for your Christmas Day showpiece. All three are superb festive choices. Our locally farmed turkeys and Sutton Hoo’s chickens are slow-reared the traditional way for maximum flavour, while the natural diet of our local wild deer creates the amazing flavour of our wild venison. Baste and wrap your choice of bird or venison in Blythburgh free-range streaky bacon before roasting and serve with Blythburgh free-range chipolatas or some scrumptious pigs in blankets!

Our game roulade is a perfect starter, hot or cold – and don’t forget Christmas brunch, start the day in style with our cold-smoked trout and a glass of fizz. In the evening, you can tuck into the tasty Blythburgh gammon joint or save it for Boxing Day to enjoy with leftovers and pickles.
