Ideal for pan-frying, steaming or grilling, their delicate, flavoursome meat works well with Mediterranean flavours and fresh herbs. Fillets come scaled and portioned ready to cook. A true flavour sensation for seafood lovers.
Please note pack sizes may vary from 1 - 2 pieces depending on size of fish when filleted.
Many contain small bones.
Try baking in a foil parcel with lemon, white wine and fennel or simply grilling/pan frying, (skin side first), in a little oil or butter.
