Truly Traceable of Halesworth have mixed tasty Suffolk pheasant and free range pork with a light seasoning of spices and fresh herbs to create these superb sausage rolls. Bake them from frozen until the buttery rough puff pastry is golden for a delicious lunch, snack or party piece.

Cook from frozen for 35-45 minutes at 210°C/fan 200°C./Gas Mark 7 or from fresh at 200C/190C for 30 mins until golden brown then enjoy hot or cold.
