Our Three Bird Roast is perfect for a family celebration and ideal if you are cooking for up to 10 people.

Made to order only, we debone a Creedy Carver free range duck leaving part of the drumstick and wing humerus bone in and carefully pack it with pheasant and wood pigeon fillets bedded with your choice of stuffing that is placed central down the roast.

There is choice of  stuffings - a gluten free orange and thyme wild boar stuffing or a gluten free wild boar sausagemeat based stuffing. Layering the meats gives a contrast between the dark and light meats  and a variety of flavours and tastes on your plate. The different colours show well in the slice when served cold, but please be warned that the different meats can separate during carving when served hot.

The bird combination is chosen for size; (pigeon fillets in the centre, then the pheasant fillets and the duck on the outside) and colour (red meat, white meat and then red meat) so that you can see the contrast when serving. The fattier duck on the outside bastes the leaner wild birds inside making cooking incredibly simple.

Minimum hassle, maximum taste

For your guidance: FTBR measures 25cm length, 10cm height, 15cm width
